Bio

Andy brings over 20 years of experience in serving institutional clients for UBS Investment Bank to his role as a personal financial advisor. His extensive knowledge of global markets allows him to provide valuable insights and guidance to his clients in establishing and achieving their financial goals. Andy’s background includes advising hedge funds and mutual funds, as well as experience in institutional sales and trading.

In addition to his financial expertise, Andy has firsthand experience as an independent business owner and operator. This experience gives him a deep understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by those involved in franchising and small business ownership.

Andy’s professional journey also includes serving as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, stationed in Italy and Japan. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he earned a B.S. in Economics and played Division 1 lacrosse. He furthered his education by obtaining an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut.

As a Certified Financial Planner® professional, Andy is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in his practice. He volunteers for the CFP Board Center and provides pro bono planning for military veterans through the CT FPA, showcasing his dedication to giving back to the community.

With his diverse background, financial expertise, and commitment to serving his clients and the community, Andy is well-equipped to assist individuals in navigating their financial journeys. His experience in institutional finance, small business ownership, and military service adds unique perspectives to his practice, allowing him to provide comprehensive and tailored financial advice.

Outside of work, Andy is a sports enthusiast who enjoys activities such as skiing, paddle tennis, lacrosse, golf, and yoga. He resides in Wilton, CT, with his wife and three children.
