As Senior Vice President of Business Development, he works closely with Financial Advisors to increase revenue, recruit and retain top talent, and foster long-term, trusting client relationships. With mentorship and consensus-building at the core of his leadership style, Rich supports diverse teams while making impactful decisions that prioritize clients’ best interests.

A nationally sought-after speaker and moderator, Rich is passionate about sharing insights on innovations in financial services and the future of advice. As a former Chair of SIFMA’s Sales and Marketing Executive Committee, he has led industry discussions and continues to present and moderate panels at SIFMA events across the country.

As the Founder of The Really Big Show, benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Family Services of Westchester, and co-founder of The RBC Race for the Kids, Rich has helped raise millions globally for children’s charities, empowering lives through mentorship, the arts, and community support.
