Tom Simses

Bio

Tom Simses is Vice President of the Employee Benefits Division of Procyon Partners. Tom has been in the employee benefits industry since 1983. Prior to joining Procyon Partners, he was a founding partner of eBenefits Group, which has become one of the largest independent employee benefits firms in the State of Connecticut.

Tom Simses is a founding member of the CT Benefits Brokers and has been a member of the National Association Health Underwriters since 1985. Tom specializes in partnering with companies to develop long-term solutions to managing their employee benefits.

For the past 30 years his primary focus has been developing and designing corporate insurance and benefit packages including group life, medical, dental, disability and voluntary plans. Tom has built his reputation in the employee benefits industry by providing creative solutions for his clients.

Tom holds a B.S. in Management from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. Other degrees include CIC and RHU in his related field. Tom has, and continues, to sit on several advisory boards and associations.

Tom maintains his Life Accident & Health License in the state of Connecticut, New York & Florida.
