Bio

Harry is a veteran of the financial services industry with over 10 years of building and leading advisory teams. At the Chief Revenue Officer of Procyon, he brings a comprehensive and consultative approach to wealth management, focusing on the development and success of the financial professionals on the Procyon team.

Harry’s focus on leadership and development stemmed from his experience as the first employee at a nationwide fintech financial advisory firm called Facet. At Facet, Harry helped build the business over six years from a pre-revenue stage to 13,000 active households across the United States. While at Facet, Harry held a variety of key leadership roles, including building the sales organization and leading the financial planning team. Harry left Facet in 2023 as their Chief Revenue Officer and a member of the executive team. At Facet, Harry was a part of the CFP Board’s Financial Advice Working Group, actively working with financial planning leaders across the country on opportunities to improve how advisors deliver client service. Prior to Facet, Harry worked at a boutique ultra-high net worth consulting firm focused on providing complex insurance and trust solutions to families.

Harry has a BS and MS from Bentley University. At Bentley, he studied corporate finance and accounting (BS) and financial planning (MS). He also earned the CFP designation early on in his career.

Outside of work, Harry resides in Worcester, MA with his wife, dog, and cat. He continues to play competitive amateur golf and enjoys following his favorite Boston sports teams.
